Photographic series of body landscapes made of crushed charcoal on Latin American skin.


Charcoal and carbon based black fluids represent or even materialize for me my family and my ancestry. This is directly related to the actual story - history of my family.

In the history of energy production, coal is an ancestor of crude oil; in similar way I make a reference to the different generations of ancestry in my own family
