Some say that the way we are born and what we experience immediately afterwards has a great influence on us, on our personality and even on the way we give birth.
Intrigued by these ideas I decided to investigate my own birth and from there to look for points of encounter (Schnittstellen) between my own birth and the birth of my daughter. For this I employed various alternative methods such as Tamalpa Life/Art Process®, various types of self-hypnosis, somatic self-observation and even Alchemy Breathing.
Finally I could not remember my birth (maybe I could not go beyond my fear of remembering it) but I was able to recover memories of the moments immediately after my birth. I was able to find similar moments. ALL THE SECRETS WERE IN THE SKIN, IN THE TOUCH.
